Anti-depressants...?!
Question: Anti-depressants!.!.!.!?
I've been on alot of antidepressants troughout the years and I have been experiencing memory loss and strange feelings of body numbness and feeling like me or my surroundings arent real!. I've talked to other people who have experienced this!. So I'm wondering if the meds are in connection with this and how long these feelings will last, if anyone else has experieced this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes! Definately this is related to your medication!. I experienced this too but after being off the meds for some time it subsided and it doesn't happen anymore!. DO NOT stop taking any meds abruptly though! You must do this with your doctor's supervision and guidance!. I hate that there are so many people so depressed and suffering from anxiety out there!. this can be an extreme reaction to the meds!. usually, your memorty would improve, tho!.

You might want to get off the meds and take up walking!. The chemicals released in your brain when you walk at least 45min to an hour per day are way better for you than the script those drug dealing doctors are giving you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
