I think I'm becoming depressed?!


Question: I think I'm becoming depressed!?
I feel so low, it's getting worse and I think I'm showing other signs of depression!.!. I took some screaning test online and they all scored at moderat to severe depression!. I feel awful and I don't know what to do, I can not tell my parents or see a doctor, please don't advise me to!.

I need some help, advise, anything at all!.!.
If any one knows any test that could help links would be great!.

Actually, despite what people have said, many of these online tests are identical to the screening tests that doctors use so they can be quite accurate!. Why can't you see a doctor!? It really is the best thing!. Depression is not something you can will yourself out of!. If you do have depression, you need medical help!.

Things that you can do are: get some exercise!. Really!. It may be the last thing you want to do but can really make you feel better!. Try and eat well, making sure you are getting lots of the right nutrients!. Look for a good self-help book on depression!. There are lots out there and can really help!. Try nutritional supplements like Omega 3!. If you have a good friend or someone you can trust, talk to them!. If you're still at highschool, maybe there's someone there you can talk to!. But please try and see a doctor if you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a computer cannot diagnose you for a severe depression!. However feeling depression is a very commong thing these days, lots of people deal with stress and daily proble,s!.
What I can advise you to do is to get yourself out of a depression!. And this what helps
Exercise helps Alot because it creates endorphines that send signals to your brains, like feel good feelings!.
Cold showers, yes it a good way to wake you up from feeling low!.
The sun has vitamin D, which is also a makes people feel good!.
Eating omega 3 oils, which is found in salmons, is great for the brain, so if you like sushi indulge!.
Be grateful, gratitude, helps you stop thinking about how bad your situation is and remember that there are people out there that have it wore than you!.
Call up a friend, have a chat and a laugh!.
Go and watch a comedy!.
You cant avoid the problem from your parents or a doctor, you have to face it and make a solution to the problem before this continues!. So go talk to your parents, make a doctors appointment, millions of people suffer from depression!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no way of getting out of depression by yourself, im sorry!. You may just be having a seriously bad phase of being upset that you arnt used too!. Try to watch something on tv that makes you happy and makes you forget or do somthing that does, but if it doesnt help i seriously advise telling your parents and seeing a doctor, if you want you could try some st johns wart witch any age can buy its about
