People are obsessed with ADD in america!. That and depression, people are convinced they have a serious illness when its really completely normal!. It is really awful because people taking pills and getting treated for something they dont have usually screws them up!.

Anyway its perfectly normal, trust me!. I am reknowned for my zoning out and I love it!. Its just the curiousity of following a trail of thought and seeing where it ends up, everyone does it!. Its like active daydreaming!. And it is beautiful, the randomest things your mind comes up with are the most interesting!. I have no idea what causes it though sorry; just like i dont know anything about how the brain works its just a normal thought process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of the time you just have way too much going on, and your brains trying to sort through it all, but if its more serious than that maybe you have ADD, or ADHDWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes all time!. No matter what!. I wonder how i even got through school with decent grades

but i usually wonder on the phone!.!. it's just that phones are boring and i can barely hear anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, because they are boring, or you are tired, or it triggered some other thought in your head which was more interesting!. normalWww@Answer-Health@Com

Of course that happens!!

You know why!? Because we are human beings with brains!.

It is normal!Www@Answer-Health@Com
