How can I force myself to get out of bed?!


Question: How can I force myself to get out of bed!?
I usually end up sleeping very late!. Like today I stayed in bed until 12:30!. It's ridiculous!. It's summer, but still, I feel lazy and unproductive when I get up late!. My goal is to wake up at 8-8:30, and I have tried many times before, but I just can't!.

I am a night owl, and I go to bed anywhere from 12:30-2:00 AM!. How can I force myself to get out of bed at a reasonable hour!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

clearly you need to go to bed earlier!. stop doing whatever you were doing a half hour before you want to go to sleep, have a get-ready-for-bed routine (wash your face, brush your teeth, etc), and then go to bed!. read for a few minutes if you need it to help you relax, but don't get in the habit of going to sleep with the TV on!.

You have to sleep earlier!. It's not a matter of mentality, it's just your body trying to get the rest it needs!. Sometimes I sleep at 5:00 am and wake up at 2:00 pm!. I know it's not good, but I still do it and I'm still getting 9 hours sleep, so everything's good!. If you want to wake up earlier, you have to sleep earlier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well!.!., my schedule!.!. 8!.30am-5!.00pm - office
7!.00pm-cooking!. Then watching tv till 11pm!. Then I make doughnut for sale (I do food production instead of working) then I sleep on 1!.30 or 2am!. But still I wake up on 4am to start my day!.!.!.

Well girl, everything is in your hand!. All u need is discipline!. Strong heart!. Once u said u have to get up on 8!.00am, so u SHOULD!. Be strong to do it!.!.!. It's not that hard, girl!.!. Try to do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Give yourself a reason to wake up!.


Star living healthy and better!. Make yourself a schedule (when to eat, what to eat, when to sleep, when to wake up) Etc!. Try exercising before you go to bed, it makes you tired and you will fall asleep faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
