Suffering from opposite of insomia..too much sleep.how do i avoid it.?!


Question: Suffering from opposite of insomia!.!.too much sleep!.how do i avoid it!.!?
im a student being coached for MBBS entrances!. i go to college and am there for 9 hours!. i get 6 hours of sleep!. but im attacked by sleep constantly!. im not being able to concentrate!. i am ALWAYS sleepy!. one day i had a holiday and i tested myself!. i slept the whole afternoon!. immediately after dinner i felt sleepy again!.how will i ever succeed if this continues!. any suggestions!?(yoga, excercise, food, pills!?)Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise for sure! within a few days you will start to feel more energized!. What i found also helped was doing Taebo!. you can get the dvds and do them at home!. i swear to you one day after work I was so tired and lazy!. I didnt want to do it and when i did i was ready to take on the world!. It really does a difference!.!.its just a matter of staying on top of it!. good luck!.!.oh and eat right!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being tired all the time and not being able to concentrate is called "fatigue" and is typically stress related!. It sounds like you are very busy and that causes stress!.

It is best to see a doctor - maybe have some labs done - to rule out any illness that may be involved such as mono, depression, etc!.

Otherwise, it can usually be resolved with time management and relaxation exercises!. Also, drink a lot of water to keep hydrated!.

You are not getting enough sleep if you are only getting 6 hours a day!. You have to find the time for more sleep and you should feel better!. As for the holiday you slept too much and that made you sleepy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

youre going to have to force yourself to stay awake!.!.!.!.you are getting too much sleep and that is causing you to be sleepy all the time!.!.!.!.get some exercise to boost your metabolism and this should help alsoWww@Answer-Health@Com
