Depression, getting worse?!
Question: Depression, getting worse!?
I've been depressed for years, and just started getting treatment for it!.!.!. both medication and cognitive behavioral therapy!. I am also a self harmer!.!.!. but I had not done it in a long time!.
Well, the day before yesterday, I started to lose it completely!. I have wanted to lock myself away!. Wanted to sleep all day, but couldn't due to classes!.!.!.!. I cut myself frequently both yesterday and this morning!. I keep having suicidal thoughts, and I'm extremely irritable!. I feel like every "wire" in my body is crossed and is just sending all sorts of weird feelings everywhere!. I just don't even know how to feel and when I can feel I think of everything and it's polar opposite!. Like, I'll be hungry and full at the exact same time!. I keep making fists and throwing them and pulling my hair!.!.!. and I don't know what's wrong!?
Is this like a normal side effect or something!? Is my depression getting worse!? Any suggestions at all would help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes medication has a reverse effect and worsones it!. Talk to your doctor or therapist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Want to try something DIFFERENT !?!?!?
just do the following RIGHT NOW ;
1--chant OM (OM as in HOME but without the 'H')repeatedly,forget everything just do it NOW !!!!!!!
doing this for 5-10 mins will give a sense of power within you!!!
if you find this useful let me know ,i will tell you a more stronger method!.
note: women durimg their periods are not to chant OM but they can chant HARI
