Hi Leanna,

Ignore Taz's unhelpful answer, I dont know why he bothered to post!.
It sounds like you will have regular contact with your doctor, so first I would tell him/her about these feelings you are having, about your boyfriend and about killing yourself!. The doctor can help you make sense of these feelings or put you onto a counsellor if you are not already seeing one!.

I would also explain to your bf about your feelings!. Make it clear you are not accusing him of anything, just that as a result of your mental health problems you find yourself wanting to check up on him etc!.

Now I am not qualified to make any sort of diagnosis, but I do know that a symptom of depression can be low self esteem!. I would say it were possible that because of that, you might be checking up on him because you feel that you dont deserve him, and why would he want to be with you, and that he must want to leave or cheat on you!. And so you check on him for reassurance!. That would be a layman's guess!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like it would be helpful if you went to see a cognitive behavioural therapist!. Speak to GP, they can refer you!. The therapist helps you to understand behavioural patterns and why you think in certain ways and change these thoughts and patterns into positive ones!. You also really need to tell your GP how you feel, their are lots of different anti-depressants available and maybe the one you are taking is not the best one for you!? A final thought, maybe you could join an on-line support group and talk to others who have been what you are going through and found positive ways to deal with OCD and turn their lives around!.
All the best, and remember everyone has something positive to offer, you just need to get to the point where you can see that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe your medication is no longer working for you!. I would contact the doctor who prescribes the medication for you and tell him/her how you are feeling!. It might also help to talk to someone who is trained in helping people who have OCD!. Please don't kill yourself!. Life is short enough and please believe me when I say things will get better because eventually they will!. Everyone has their ups and downs!. Some more ups than downs and others more downs than ups!. If your boyfriend has never done anything to make you suspicious than have faith in him and tell him how you feel!. I'm sure he would appreciate your sharing your feelings with him and he may even be able to help you overcome your depression and work with you on how to deal with your OCD!. I hope everything works out for you and please don't harm yourself until you have spoken to someone your boyfriend, your mother, friend anyone you trust and believe in, you can even email me if you want to!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
