Why cant I control myself?!


Question: Why cant I control myself!?
Can somone give me some advice!? I cant seem to control myself from doing negative things!. I dont really have a problem with swearing, but when I get angry!.!.I just start shouting out profanities (not when people are around) and damaging objects around me!. Another thing I cant control is!.!.sexual things!. I think inapropriate thoughts, and sometimes carry out the thoughts!. After its all said and done, my mind is screaming STOP! STOP IT! Please, Please dont take this the wrong way!. (What Ive said) Please dont flame me or anything, I want to stop this foolishness, but I cant seem to get it through my thick skull!. Can somone please offer suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swearing isn't such a bad thing!. :P It's ok to have sexual thoughts, you just need to make sure you're only in a fantasy and not real life!. It'd be easy if someone near you could just shock you to keep you controlled, but that may hurt!. :) You might want therapy or something to see why you can't control it, or try to take in deep breaths to keep yourself maintained!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know what, I went through the same thing!. I found a solution!. God!!! I never thought that I would be able to get rid of horrible thoughts!. I pray that you would start asking God this question!. I am going to recommend a book for you and I really hope you get!. The book is called "The Battlefield of the Mind" and it's by Joyce Meyer!. If you are a teen aged male you are perfectly normal and if you are conscious of it and work on self improvement you will be fine!. If you are an adult this behavior would be somewhat unusual, but not unheard of!. Thoughts are one thing!. Damage is another!. You need to work on that!. Just be cognoscente of it and work hard to be who you would like to be!. Were you sexually abused as a child !? Have you repressed the memories, and are you now, unknowingly, raging in response to the abuse!?

hey i think u jus need some support from yur frends or family!. its up to u if u wnna see a councillor, but to be honest they can some times open up yur problems too much, so it creates unnessessary ones!. i wd suggest friends are better to talk to just to calm you down!. what wd u do if u had to offer advice to the person in yur shoes!?!.!. just think about that, because sometimes its easier to give others advice than to give it to yurself!. maybe u cd take yur anger out on sports, because yud have something else to focus yur mind on when your stressed or angry!. its good that yuv realised what your doing!. thats the first step!.!.!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you a Christian!? If so, focus on your friends and loved ones and then pray for them!. I used to be addicted to something and after help from my friend, i learned to pray everytime i felt the need to do it!.!.!.now i just pray for the heck of it and it's like i was never additcted!. Keep in mind though that it's not easy as pie!.

As a school teacher we have to control our language at school!. I find that replacing the inappropriate word with a new word is successful!. For example I started saying Sugar honey Iced Tea for SH*T!. I now now longer say the other word and get just as much satisfaction to saying SUGAR! It takes a while!.!.!.but it is easier to replace a inappropriate word with an appropriate word than have a blank!.

check for heavy metal poisoning!. This can produce these sorts of symptoms!. Amalgam fillings in teeth combined with certain types of malnutrition (rife in the First World) are notorious for this!.

Other possibilities are hormonal imbalances from pesticides, serotonin deficiency from saccharin etc!., etc!., etc!.

Maybe you have torrets!? Maybe see a pyshcatrist or therapist, I don't know, or try some yoga!. Just try doing peaceful one on one activities, not group, because you might snap!. I'd try some spiritual, or medical helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

You may be taking out rage that you hold in at other times!. You may be afraid you will lose control when people are around so you wait until it's "safe"!. Everyone gets angry and upset!. If you tell someone something they said or did made you angry, or annoyed, it may help diffuse things!. If you can't tell the person, tell someone else, maybe a sibling or parent!. Everyone get upset angry and annoyed and is allowed to complain from time to time!.

You may not know how to manage your anger and be afraid others will not like you!. As far as the sexual!.!.!.EVERYONE has sexual thoughts that some may consider inappropriate or "bad"!. In addition people may carry out some fantasy's as well!. If you aren't harming anyone, including yourself, not doing anything illegal etc!. then i wouldn't worry about it!.

If these actions and thoughts start spilling over into your interactions with other people, or become really disturbing, you'll probably need some help sorting all of this out!.
