I easily become severely stressed over a lot of ridiculous things, what should I!


Question: I easily become severely stressed over a lot of ridiculous things, what should I do about this!?
Its to the point where if I think something is wrong in my body, I can almost make it that area hurt!.
I stress over headaches=brain tumor, stomach ache=pregnancy, my weight, school work, work, someone being in my house and just basically anything and everything!. A lot of these are silly things to worry about but I can't help it!.
Most of these seem like normal things to stress over but I feel like with me, they're very over the top!. I get very parionoid often and feel that if I'm not stressing over something, then something bad will happen!. I stress so much, it makes me feel tired, sick, and/or hungary!.

You have learned the most important thing about your health: the mind-body connection!

Just like how thinking negative thoughts about an area can make it hurt, so can positive thoughts make the area feel better if it is hurting!.

Since you are having difficulty with many daily things that you can't (and shouldn't) avoid, try a daily de-stressing!. At least once a day or more or whenever you feel like it, go into your de-stress mode!. There are many simple techniques that can work for you!. Perhaps you'd be comfortable praying, meditating, chanting some phrase or a verse that makes you feel at peace, even yoga or some stretching with proper deep breathing exercises would be awesome for you!.

Just try to put your life in perspective!. You are only hurting yourself!. Every time you seem to be snapping into an anxiety fit, breathe deeply (inhaling peace and exhaling anxiety) and remember that you are not going to do this to yourself any more, that you are working toward a better, happier you! This is hard, but you will get used to catching yourself whenever you have a negative thought and substituting it with a positive one!.

Seriously, try deep breathing, chanting, or whatever now!. You will feel immediate results!. If you incorporate them into your daily life you will have better control of your emotions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just take life with a bit more nonchalance!. What will stressing about it actually accomplish!? Maybe you DO have a brain tumor!. Maybe it WILL kill you in a week!. But what can you do!? Nothing!. Once you accept the fact that you're only in control of about 10% of your life, and the other 90% is influenced by everything else and totally outside your control, then you no longer have to worry about it!. It stops being your responsibility, and you can relax!.

Listen to the Eagles!. Especially the song "Take it Easy!." It's one of my favorite songs and I think it's especially meaningful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can truly understand that you WILL attract what you focus on, then you will stop being paranoid!. Why don't you focus instead of happy things, all those good things in life that you wish for yourself!. Try doing yoga or tie chi but try to relax anyway or you will make yourself crazy worrying about nothing and end up with ulcers!. Do you have any friends to talk to!? if not find some that will help,
