1500-2000 is a FDA recommended calorie intake!. I hope this helps and good luck with your recovery!.
Protein will help you gain weight, especially with weight lifting exercises!. You will gain muscle weight which weighs more than fat, so you will gain it quickly!. If you want i recommend Power Bars, they are semi-good, and not disgusting, and have around 15-25 grams of protein per bar!. Don't over do it though, took much may give you lovely diarrhea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might need support!. Depending how far you are into the eating disorder!. Actually, your weight is good for your height !.I would start by planning your meals, by choosing to eat healthy foods !.Then, you can go for walks, or whatever you like to do to do moderate exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My dietian had me on 3500 calories a day until i was back up to a healthy weight then went back to 2000 slowly!.the weight will come on and im so happy u found it in yourself 2 stop starving urself! well done hun! I no exactly what its like! If u wanna talk bout it im here!xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

2000 calories for your body size should be good enough, remember that life is spontaneous and you should do what makes you happy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask a doctor!. But I would say about 3000 calories!. Your body uses 2000 calories a day!. I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
