Question: What is my problem!?!? think u can help!?
No matter how much sleep i get im still sleepy! i mean even when i get like 11 hours of sleep im still sleepy, i could just sleep some more!. Does anyone know what could be making me feel like im always sleepy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had this problem before!. Make an apointment with your doctor!. He will probably take a urine sample and will more tha n likely send you for a blood test as you could be anemic!. Also make sure you are eating the right foods!. Eating lots of junkfood and not enough fruit and veg will take it's toll on your body and you wont have enough vitamins!. Also are you eating enough!? You need at least 1200 calories a day just for your body to function properly!. If your not eating enough your body will try to conserve the little energy it has and will make you sleep A LOT!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There isn't enough information here, like your age, occupation, lifestyle, weight!.!.!.!.etc!.!.!. but I'll give your question a general answer!.

Several things can influence how much sleep a person needs, age (teenagers really need about 10 to 12 hours of sleep/night), thyroid deficiencies, anemia, diabetes, depression (sleeping more than usual is a very common sign) and vitamin deficiencies!.

The only way to properly diagnose your problem is to be seen by your physician!.

Could be your diet!. Are you loading your system up with caffeine before bedtime, or are you eating lots of snacks!?

If your digestive system has to work throughout the night, you are expending energy while you sleep!.

Energy you should be saving to feel refreshed in the morning!.

Caffeine makes your heart run at a faster rate!. Some people can sleep on a caffeinated body, but you might as well be jogging all night long!. Because thats what you are going to feel like you did when you wake up!.

Your name is lilmomma!. Are you a new mother!? if so, you might be depressed or highly stressed!. Both cause fatigue!.

See you doctor anyway because there could be a number of reasons!.

depression,
stress,
Hormone imbalance,
lack of exercise,
Bad diet,
metabolism imbalance,
low blood sugar,
high blood sugar,
don't take your vitamins,
imbalance in your brain!.

a symptom of something!.

sleep well at what time do u go to sleep if
you go to sleep later than 12 the hours start counting as 30 minutes for your body!.

Well, if you sleep too much it can make you groggy!. I notice that too when I sleep too much and don't get exercise or move around how tired I feel!. Try talking a walk everyday and see if that does any good and sleep only 7-9 hours a night!. If not, see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should exercise more!. This is a sign of laziness the more you sleep the more your body wants to sleep!. Try to schedule a 30 miute walk early in the morning this will help bust your energyWww@Answer-Health@Com
