Just keep proof that you weren't able to book an appointment by the alloted time with you!. It's not your fault!. Keep paper proof of it and make copies!. It would also help to abstain 100% from alcohol until you can square things away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, see if you can talk to someone in charge at the Tx Center, and explain the situation!. They may have a special evaluation list for those who are sent there by a court!. If that doesn't get you anywhere, call the court and ask them what to do!. If you do nothing, you will def be in the wrong, but if you do these things to try and get it taken care of, you will look better when you go back to court!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may want to check to see if there are any outpatient substance abuse programs that can do the eval!. if the court wants you to go to treatment and no beds are available then do the outpatient tx and go to 12 step meetings with a sign-in sheet to verify attendance!. Court ordered tx usually gets preference due to contracts with county!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
