Question: Helping a friend in the pits!.!?
I really would like to know more about adult ADHD from a person who has it!. My best friend is having a very hard time and it is believed that she may have adult ADHD!. I want her to get an experience from someone who knows first hand!. Could you provide some symptoms, hard times you may have had, and things you do to ease your symptoms!.
