How do I get over my habit of sleeping in late?!


Question: How do I get over my habit of sleeping in late!?
Ive been sleeping like 9-10 hours recently and I want to sleep 8!. So what should I do I tried alarm clock doesnt work one time I set up 5 alarm clocks and it didn't work!. So help me please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try opening your blinds/curtains at night, so light can come in in the morning!. That'll help you wake up more than if you're in a pitch black room!.
Also try setting your alarm clocks across the room from your bed, so you have to get up to turn them off!. That's what I have to do, or I'll turn them off in my sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have anyone to help you!? You need to get your body's clock reset!. The best way to do this is to use a light box in the morning as soon as you wake up!. But, you need to get up early!. So I would try to go to sleep a bit earlier, and have someone wake you up at the time you want to wake up, and use the light box for 20-30 minutes!. After a week or so, it should be easier for you to wake up on your own!.

If this doesn't work, there's a bunch of alarm clocks you can buy that are really annoying, and won't let you snooze them!. Some even shake the bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well !.!.!.the change has to be gradually!. To Begin with try going to bed early !.!.!.and focus on setting up your mind to wake up at certain hour!. This will work!. Or just take a 1/2 hour nap during lunch hour!. Get a radio clock that will turn itself on at certain hour!. You'll be up with the noise/music!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your body needs 9 hours then that's what it needs!.
Get to bed earlier!.
Take an aspirin before bedtime!.
Take the TV out of your bedroom!.
Make sure your bedroom is dark and quiet!.

go to bed at a certain time!. then figure out the time you would like to wake up!. have a routine going because then you will get used to waking up at your cetain time!. if this is a goal, give youself an award after you really get into your routine!. hope i helped!! (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to sleep this much, your body probably needs it!. Best to just go to bed earlier!. 9-10 hours is some people's baseline sleep need, according to both ayervedic and western medicine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you do not get a lot of sleep at night then you will have a better chance of waking up earlier i know it sounds confusing but nobodys body can sleep if they are overtired!. try going to bed at like 1 am!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
