I don't have any sleeping meds and it's 3:00am and I neeed to sleep!. What are some ways I can get myself to sleep by besides, counting while laying on my bed, drinking tea!. HELP! Best way that gets me to sleep gets 10 points!.!.!.!. You want 10 points right!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

watch tv in bed in dark lighting or do something really boring!. whatever you do, do not drink tea!. tea has a lot of caffeine!. that will keep you awake!.

Hers something that will put you to sleep in 15 - 30 mins!. Listen to Binaural Beats audio with headphones!. It will definately relax you and take you to deeep sleep!. You will wake up feeling refreshed !!

Don't drink any more tea because a lot of teas have caffeine, which will keep you up even longer!. Find a really boring textbook (stats does it for me) and start reading!. Start memorizing formulas and you'll start yawning before you know it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Play soft music or buy a tape that has special music for aid in sleeping!. Find that at a book store or Walmart!. There is also a machine that has different sounds like water, rain, wind etc!.

Get off the computer and turn the tv off!!!! Take a warm bath, read a good book, you just need to relax, you are over stimulating your brain!. If there are a lot of things on your mind, write them down to get them out of your head, all of these work really well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start at the top of your body and work down!. While lying down, tense the muscles in one part of your body for 10 seconds, then release!. Continue this until you get to your toes!. It works!Www@Answer-Health@Com
