How to increase my memory?!
Question: How to increase my memory!?
I think my memory is fine but I won't remember a number of things I need to do like lock the door, wash the cloth and so on, I even locked my parents inside the house for a couple of times!. If I don't do something about it then It may cause heavy lost later in my life!. Any idea!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are lot of memory techniques are available!. but i dont think so it will work for u!. i can suggest one idea try to concentrate on what u are doing and try to keep a list of things that u want to do!.i!.e keep a plan for the day and follow it, automatically ur memory will increase!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
