How can I be a more enthusiastic, energetic person?!


Question: How can I be a more enthusiastic, energetic person!?
I am sort of laid back, but I want to be more enthusiastic about life and about meeting people and everything I do!. Does anybody have any advice how I can maintain this!? Has anybody read any interesting books or maybe seen an inspirational film that could help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take up a sports, you meet a ton of new and interesting people!.

Eat healthy and excersize on a daily basis if this is at all possible-sounds a little off topic but when you do these things you start to feel better about yourself-not to mention endorphins are released so it makes you feel twice as good!.!.!.and when you feel twice as good, you are more sociable and willing to have a good time!.


Get a new look--consider a wardrobe makeover or a new hair style or hair color-or a new way of doing your makeup!. Spend a day at the spa or mall if this is at all possible!.!.!.may be a tad costly but its completely worth it I promise-looking the way you want to look gives you a completely new outlook on life!.!.!.you feel like you can conquer the world!.

Try things you would never try!.!.!.sky diving bungee jumping!.!.maybe not things that are so drastic but you know what I mean!.!.!.go out on a limb!.

you have to find something you enjoy and look forward to, you can take up a nice hobby, join classes for it and go to those conferences for the hobby, or you can join a sports team, theres also volunteering for a cause where you can meet people while doing good, or if you practice a religion then become active in your religious community, or you can join an activity at your local community center!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just remember the way you are is unique!.
But if a part of you used to be enthusiastic and you lost it!. Think about the people you are around!. Think about what you do for fun!. Think about how you look to people!. Do you smile often!? Do you say positive things!?
