Question: Please!! I can't sleep!!?
I am afraid that a killer will come in my room while i sleep and thsats why it is 3:18 am!. and i cant sleep! i am 13 and do not watch horror movies or any scary movies!. what can i do to help me!.
btw: we dont have an alarm/

Well first thing first, i think the problem is you are having a hard time falling asleep!. That's why the longer u stay in bed, the more you will think!.Its natural that mostly we will think of the stuffs we are afraid of!. The best thing to do is to sleep early!.
