Anxiety could turn into panic attacks!. But if you are experiencing anxiety, you may be depressed!. It is very treatable!. People will run see a doctor about a cold, but are so reluctant to get help with mental or emotional problems, which is a shame!. See a professional therapist or psychiatrist quickly and get your life back!. If you wait, it might get worse!.

I started out having Anxiety and Panic Attacks, which i did not get treatment for, and now i have severe Depression!. Trust me, you probably want to do something before it gets to the next stage!. The depression is much worse then the anxiety!. Talk to somebody, or get some meds, and hopefully it will help!. Good Luck :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
The next stage is for you to talk to a medical professional such as a doctor, nurse practicioner, psychologist, or counselor face to face!. You shouldn't be diagnosing yourself and shouldn't be asking strangers for help in curing your mind or body!. That's downright dangerous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Anxiety doesn't always escalate into something else (particularly if it's caused by a particular situation, not just general anxiousness), nor would it always escalate into the same thing!. Give us some more details, and maybe we can help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you mean GAD or SAD it can lead to depression!.not everyone but most peoples with GAD or SAD have depression as well like me!.hope this help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
