Question: About being directionally challenged!?
I get lost sometimes just going up the street I know right and left but that is it even with a GPS I still can get lost in places I do not know

Don't worry if you get lost in places that you are not familiar w/!. That is normal whether or not you have problems w/ direction!. That is sweet you have GPS!. I need one of those!.!.!.
Anyway I would suggest planning your route ahead of time so as not to get lost!. Also, don't be afraid to ask people for directions!. Normally, if you ask a service station and they don't know then they can ask somebody that does know!. I know since you are shy this may require you to step out of your comfort zone but don't worry!. Service people get paid to answer your questions so you have nothing to feel uncomfortable about!. Good luck to you :)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
