I have a young age, but my body is worn out!. I'm not disabled but I ache constantly everywhere!. -Physical
I worry nonstop!. I'm sure my life is near its end because I feel there isn't much left to do!. I've always felt like an old person!. I have never had the urge to party!. I don't even try to make friends because I'm to "old" to join in their style of fun!. I do like watching old movies, and staying in all the time!. -MentalWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ha! I have to laugh because I as well, am 34!. I do not feel 34!. In fact, I find it hard to believe that is my age sometimes as time passes by so quickly!.
Mentally, I feel much older than my age!. This is because I am more openminded and understanding than some others!. I feel I have more wisdom inside of me to where I should be in my 80's or something!!
Physically, I feel younger!. Until my kids wear me out!. Then I feel like I shouldn't be so exhausted!. I can't really put an age on that!.
I tend to look at age as more of a frame of mind, rather than a number!. Then again, I think more outside the box!. Some say normal, some say unique, some say crazy!.!.!.I say!.!.!.just fine!.!.!.for ME!.
