I have the weirdest probelm and dont know what it is! help?!

Question: I have the weirdest probelm and dont know what it is! help!?
Since 5th grade (I am in 11th grade now) I have had a very powerful imagination but the problem is it has become almost uncontrollable!. Since the 10th grade i have been unconsciously falling into deep & powerful day dreams that my body would (unawaringly to me) twitch or suddenly move in response to the stimulation in my head!. My imagination had me dreaming all types of different worlds & creating storylines!. The pro of this was evident in my school work; i was able to come up with intelligent answers & construct captivating essays!. Kids in my class have noticed the blank look on my face during lessons & the unusual body jerking!. Resulting in me being watched by a number of wary kids during classes & others calling me a "freak" behind my back!. Can some1 please tell me whats wrong with me!? I'm left handed, good at drawing & love trance music as i find it euphoric!. This fantasy world iv created is addictive!. the jerks are casued by stimulation in my head!. I AM NOT EPILEPTIC/NACROLEPTIC!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
hum!.!.!.!. there is a nice way to heal that!. The methos is called:
Write It Down!.

Basically, if you think of a nice, cool stuff, you write it!.
you dont have to make a book out of it but it helps clear your mind!.

Besides, there is the possibility that you make a book that sells like hot-dogs and and instead of being called a freak you will be cool!Www@Answer-Health@Com

How do you know that you are not epileptic/narcoleptic!? Have you been thoroughly assessed by a neurologist!? Have you had a scan of brain waves!? a sleep study!? It sounds like an altered brain functioning to me which is not happening at your conscious decision!. I think it is time to print this out to your parents and have a serious discussion about the issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So, are you saying your body moves when you're thinking/imagining!? That's really interesting! Have you thought about taking a class in somekind of body-expressive art ie!. Mime, or dance!? Maybe you have a need to express emotions with your body!. If that's the case, dance might be perfect for you! !.!.!.!.!.!.!.or DJ ing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to get a grip of this, because your level of distraction Drug in your Head is way beyond Production!.

You inner Eye will be shut solid, when you do not comply to the proper discipline!.
Are we Clear!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with Lady Alma!. You are in over your head and need to get a grip on this fast!. You are "addicted" to day dreaming and have doing it so long that your body is now reacting to it!. It can and will become dangerous the older you get!. Some people do this for different reasons, many to "get away" from the physical situation they are in!. Some reasons are boredom, physical abuse, mental abuse, fear, or they just plain like it!. I don't know what your reason is, but, it is time to come down to reality and deal with real life issues!. When you feel yourself starting to imagine things, make yourself aware of where you are and what you should be doing!. At school for example!. You should be concentrating on what is being taught!. If you find it boring, don't start daydreaming, take notes on it!. Pay attention to the instructor's behavior and their mannerism and see if their behavior is in agreement with their lesson!. If when you are at home and feel the need to "phase out", try to daydream about something positive!. Imagine helping a friend to carry something, going fishing, playing basketball, saving someone from drowning, helping an elderly person to cross the street, etc!. The bottom line is try to end this over imagination!. You can think up interesting essays through research for school!. Have you ever thought of becoming a writer!? That's an interesting career as well as a rewarding one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To be honest with you, the first thing I thought when reading your details was Epilepsy!. The non-responsive daydreaming, twitching, and even your elaborate imagination could be indicators of small seizures in a particular part of your brain!. However, since you say you are not in fact, epileptic, I trust you've seen a neurologist about this who has told you so!.

If it's not neurological, then it's psychological!. Did you have any strong traumas in your past!? (Any sort of big, bad event that caused you emotional strain!?) If you did, your imagination and subconscious might have over-developed as a coping mechanism to help you escape the world around you!.

Lastly, (although this is a jump), there may be a chance you're simply a highly imaginative and creative person!. The twitching worries me, I'll admit!. However, it may be nothing whatsoever, just a normal reaction of your body!.

I suggest you see a neurologist if you haven't already!. Once cleared physically, you need to see a psychologist or other mental health professional to explore the emotions and memories behind this behavior!. (If there are any)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
