Question: Feeling very shaky could it be!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
because of my panic attacks!. I've been having them lately and now I'm shaky and want to know if its normal!. I'm on paxil and today got xanax for when I get intense panic attacks!. Anyone know or any advice!.

Xanax works for me!. I've taken it for about 5 years!.!.!.and it's the only thing that does the trick!. I get them so bad that I have had to go to the hospital!. Just be careful taking the xanax until you see how you react to it!. It can make you drowsy!. When I take the xanax, it helps the panic attack subside quicker!.!.!.!.!.including the shakiness, shortness of breath, etc!. I couldn't take paxil because it made me shake and I couldn't sleep!. Try deep breathing too!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.that helps alot!. Meditate while you're doing deep breathing in through your nose slowly, and then out through your mouth!.!.!.slowly!. Exercise helps too!. Feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Shakeness is very normal with an attack and what you are most likely goign through is you have already had one and you are scared that another is going to happen!. Remeber noone has ecer died fom an attack!. Yes xanax will control the shakyness!. I have taking clonzepam (Klonipin) They helped me alot more than xanax!. Talk to your doctor about it because klonipin is not addictive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hun you should take the xanax!.!.!.at least 1/2 of it and take yourself a warm bath and within 15-20 minutes you should feel fine!.that xanax is some good stuff!Www@Answer-Health@Com
