No!.
Borderlines have mood changes according to something that is happening!.!.!.usually in a perceived fear of abandonment!. They do not know it is happening!.
BUT, if they have had lots of therapy, they can learn to understand their reactions and control their moods!.
Bipolar is a chemical issue in the brain!. It can be controlled with medication!. Bipolar people can start to feel their mood changes BUT they may not catch them in time before a full-blown mood episode occurs!. For example, my co-workers notice that I may be manic before I do!. By the time I do, I am already in a full-blown episode!.
BUT, sometimes I can get some symtpoms early like vivid colors or loud noises that can tell me I am about to have a manic episode!.
It is very different than a person who is not mentally ill!. It is hard to follow moods for people who have these illnesses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
