Also, I sometimes feel like!.!.!.!.!.!.!.(this is hard to explain)!.!.!.!.I almost feel like I'm really tiny or I'm in a really big bed!. I've had those feelings too!. Especially the being real tiny in a big bed!. I don't think it's serious!. I think it is a result of not "winding down" before going to bed!. You need to try and slow your mind and get mentally prepared for sleep!. Try sitting quietly in a dim location or reading something pleasant in a book or magazine before going to bed!. When you go to bed, try going to sleep on your side!.
Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I believe that sometimes if you are super busy during the day and do a lot of running around, it takes the brain some time to make the transition from activities to sleep!. Due you tend to be fairly active , right up till the point of trying to sleep!?
I have experienced similar feelings and normally get back out of bed and try winding down a bit slower before trying to just jump into bed and sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com

ive felt like im swaying before!. i only get it once in a while and when im really really tired!. it was actually really relaxing and it allowed me to go to sleep right way!. i dont think theyre anything wrong with you!. maybe you need to just settle down and drink some water before you go to bed!. maybe you go to sleep after being really active!. im not sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to get those exact feelings when I was younger!. How old are you!? Mine mostly ended when I got to be in my 20's!. I never found out what it was that caused me to be that way!. If i think about it now I can still cause it to happen but not as intense!. Mine could get so bad that I thought I was going to fall off the bed and sometimes I felt like I was on a roller coaster!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have panic disorder and this was my first symtom what you are experiencing!.!.!. it took doctors a year to find out what was wrong with me!.!. but way way more symptoms came in time!.!. not sure if this is what is wrong with you!.!.!. but it was with me!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hm

Have You EVER Been Afraid Of Swings!?

sometimes unfaced fears cause the mind to cause and illusion of what we fear because we think about it subconsciously and for some consciously

i wish i could do more sorry Hun i don't think its a mental disease i think its just something that happens like a phaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know what it is, but there was a time when I felt that a lot!. Only when laying on my back, though!. I felt the swinging sensation, but there were time when I felt like I was floating above the bed!. That one really freaked me out, because the only way to stop that feeling was to move, but I couldn't!. Eventually, I outgrew it!. It happens very, very rarely now!. I'm thinking that this sensation happens as I try to fall asleep and my back falls asleep (you know, in the same way that you foot can fall asleep when the circulation is cut off)!. It may not be true, but it makes me feel better!. You are not alone, you are not crazy and it will pass!. It never happens to me if I sleep on my side or my stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
