I m too sleepy every time how can i change it !?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
Generally 7-8 Hr/day sleeping is good for health!. More or less then that is really bad!. You did not mention how many hours you are sleeping daily!.
If u r sleeplin 7-8 hr it is normal!. After that also if u feel sleepy than keep yourself busy with some physical work!. Take light food before you go to job!.
After food sit with bending knee, as like you can put your feet under ur butt!. Sit like this for 10 min and go for job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ideal times to go to bed are 9PM-11PM (depending on when you are planning to get up- and most people need 8h of sleep!.)
Also, you might have a vitamin deficiency-- get one of those, multi vitamin pills!. Also, i suggest that you go to the doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
