I get upset and depressed all the time!.!.!.I like the queen of upset and depression!. I'm tired of being this way because it sucks!. Lately, when I get that way I try my best to not think the way I always think about things!. I have negative thoughts and I feel hopeless about my future quite often!. When this happens I try to force myself not to think that way!. It's all about reconditioning your mind!. That's what I've found!. It's like any other habit you want to change, it definitely won't feel good at first but if you keep doing it you should see change eventually!. Oh yeah, another thing about trying to chance your mood that you should remember is that some days will be better than others and you will have times when you revert back to your old ways but the most important thing to do is to keep trying!. Think of it this way, a person who would like to spend most of there time in bed, is just waiting to die, just like wanting Friday to hurry up and come and its only Monday, your wishing days of your life away which you cant get back!. Maybe you need to be looking for another job, one that will make you want to get up early to make sure you get in on time because its going to be another fun filled day!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your mind is a very powerful thing!. Whatever you are focused on will be amplified and projected into your life!. If you keep thinking about how bad your life is and how you will never amount to anything, guess what will happen!? Right: exactly that!. If you focus on the good things in your life, you will be a hell of a lot happier i promise!.

Step back for a second!. Every three seconds a child dies of STARVATION!. I'm not talking an easy death!. Their body rots on the inside eating itself from the inside because they don't have any food for three weeks!.

Now is your life so bad!? are you out there in the middle of the desert or rain forest or living on the streets dieing!? No!. I bet you have never experienced hunger in your life!.!.!. get some perspective!.

I know just how you feel because I have been there!. I was depressed from 11 to 15!. I'm 16 now and since I have realized this my life has been going a lot better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jessica, we all give in to our problems sometimes, but when we have responsibilities we often have to push ourselves to go on with taking care of them!.

Usually once you get busy doing your work, you forget how you feel inside or begin to feel better!. Definitely not giving in to the feelings of wanting to escape will make you feel stronger and better about yourself!.

Try bargaining with yourself, which is a tool we can use anytime, if you are not better by break, you will go home!.!.!.but at break, make another bargain, if you are not better by lunch you will go home, then another bargain!.!.!.if you are not better by afternoon break you will go home!.!.!.and so on!. If you need to break it down into smaller parts (hours, minutes)!.

I call my mom and I make her stress!. I finally realize what I was doing to her and that wasn't right!. I tend to keep it to myself at times but it's hard!.

So, like when my depression and sadness kick in!. I cry and cry and like my heart was numb because I felt down alot at times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Either fake like you have a female problem if your boss is a man, tell him you're hemmorhging (bleeding), and go home if you can afford to!. If not, talk on the phone, get on the chat line, google it and find the number in your area!. Read a book!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
