i lost my brother and my niece in the same year and im still sad about it but my sadness also affects me and i need help really! is this depression!.!.!.!.also my wieght went up and im always so tired and all!.!.and he comes to might randomlyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do you think that your brother is really gone!? More importantly, do you think he would really want you to treat yourself this way!? Death is always a sad thing and losing a loved one will never leave you, but you can learn to look at it in a different light!. Life wouldn't be so meaningful without death; it's necessary, though we can never fully understand why it happened to someone so close!. But don't let YOUR life be diminished because of the natural process of life and death of which you have no control over!. You do have the power to live your life and if you believe he may not really even be "gone" then understand that he loves you wherever he is and he is probably hurting because you are hurting!. Wouldn't he want you to be happy!? Depression surely has a way of making your weight go up or down, due to not eating or overeating and being sedentary in your sadness!. Figure out what it is that you want to live for and live, my friend!. There is a time for all things to wither, just as the death or hibernation of winter makes way for new life in the spring!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The last statement confuses me a little!. If you can see a counselor or psychologist you should!. Death is not always easy to cope with!. Sometimes people can deal with it on their own but other times people need to talk to someone about it!. If you cannot see a professional try talking to your relatives about it all!. If your parents or siblings feel up to talking about it, try talking to them!. It may be good for them to talk through some pain too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont you worry about your weight you are beautiful the way you are!
i recomend talking to a professional!. after a few seccsions you might feel better!. now, if you do go, which you should, do not think you are crazy or something just because you need help!. Be sure to go out with friends or even make more friends! if you are in this much pain, its important not to be alone!. even if you are depressed, force yourself to go out and try to enjoy yourself!. keep yourself buisy and live life up to the fullest! remember its okay to grieve for your loss!. try not to be alone company helps!. remember, God always has a plan for you and he loves you! hang in there!

i lost my younger brother couple years ago to a car crash and lost my sister last year she killed herself the best way is to talk about it don't think about it all the time its not your fault these things just happen it will take time but as a human you will get over it keep in mind some day you'll see them again !.!. look at it this way the good die you to help make some room for us

well losing a brother is a big thing, i almost lost my brother in a car accident and i started screaming just thinking of life without him but its okay to be sad you need time to heal one year wont cover it!. but dont be in your house all day get out and walk around the neighborhood and just think to your self!. you will be able to smile sooner than you think!. just try to be positive even if it hurts!.

im sorry! ok well have you tried talking to someone!? that could really help! for your weight, exerise, not just to lose the pounds but exerise is proven to send the chemicals to your brain that make you happy!. it does sound like depression!. i would get out the house, talk to someone, have a project!. i hope it works out for you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only time really helps!. But in the mean time, do things to occupy yourself, like going to the beach, pop in a DVD movie, go for a bike ride, watching the Discovery Channel HD, go groceries shopping, go to the mall, that kinda things!. I wish you luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to find a support group to help you through this!. Check with your local mental health association!. You might also need to see a doctor, particularly if you need some meds to help get you through this
