I gave it to my coach/mom!. she has saved my life in so many ways!. There has been times i have no longer wanted to be here and tryed and this song came out and i said no more, i got to get keep fighting!. ( I gave it to my therapist too, but for other reasons)

If you like dancing turn on a dance song that makes you feel fun!. Or, if those don't work, listen to a song that you like!. Those always make me feel perky!.
