Question: I think this is aniexty what do you think!?!?!?
so for about the last 3 months i have been unhappy!.!.!.!.!.!.everyday i worry about health,if im going to die or not,i get light headed my heart beats weird sometimes i think its called palpations something like that but i heard that can be a sign of aniexty and its harmless like my heart will beat really hard but just one time i guess it skips a beat im guessing!.!.!. but anyways i always feel like im going to fall over and faint and i just constantly worry all the time and i really cant help it no matter what im doing or where i am i worry about if im going to die!.!.!.!. and i do get panic attacks but i havent been getting them as much!.!.!.!. and i also breathe weird its like i cant get enough air!.!.!.!.!.and pretty much my life has been a living hell for the past 3 months and i do k now my sis grand ma and mom all have panic attacks and aniexty but they take medicine and they said it works for them!.!.!.so is this really bad aniexty im going through or is there something wrong with me health wise!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to --- If self treatment, Take deep breaths, & Drink relaxing teas,like lavender!.!.a beer wont hurt ( dont over do it) If you Cough Hard, That brings your heart to normel beating, & put a fan in front of you to!.!.!.!.!.
Also, take a walk outside, that helps!.!.!.!.!.
Visit your doctor & request Xanax, thats great, but there strict on them now!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
Take a low doasge of Aspirn to ( every other day) helps your heart!.

Sounds like anxiety to me!. Whenever I catch myself worrying about something, I just remind myself, that in the grand scheme of things, it's really not that bad!.

Also,
How am I doing compared to people worldwide!? I have a home, enough food to eat, I have nothing real to worry about!.

In twenty years, will this even matter!?

This sounds like anxiety to me as I have been having similar feelings but to a lesser degree!. If you have a regular doctor, go see him/her and describe how you've been feeling!. Also, try natural remedies like yoga, meditation, deep breathing to calm you down inside!. Your mind needs to focus on the simple things like the here and now and not what could be out there!. Thats anxiety attacks hun!. I wouldnt wish them on my worst enemy!. Many people deal with them, I know it feels like you are going crazy and you are all alone!.!.go to your doc!. It doesnt have to be a psychiatrist unless you want to find the root of them problem and talk about it!. A reg!. doc can prescribe something like Xanax or anti-depressants!. Sounds like anxiety!. Shortness of breath, kinda heavy feeling in your chest, on edge, sometimes get bursts of unhealthy energy!? See a doc though for proper diagnosis and a med that is right for youWww@Answer-Health@Com

i use to have such bad anxiety like that and i even fainted!.!. definitely think its anxiety and paranoia!. you need to find something to slow down your hear beet and take control over the anxiety!. i only used homeopathy and flower medicines and after a while they attacks went away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should see a gp immediately and i ahve panic attacks also, and anxiety problems a lot of the symptons you have, but i wouldnt be 100% sure until you see a doctor who knows what theyre doing

You should go see a doctor, it sounds like Anxeity to me and the Doctor can check you out physically and if you are healthy then put you on the proper medication for anxiety or refer to you for help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should speak to your sis and granny and those in your family who have panic attacks!.!. They will give you good advice!. Try and find your source of anxiety, is it due to something that happened recently!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a mild panic attack brought on by your constant worry!.

I am not a doctor, but I would say to go and have an ECG taken, it will probably show that there is nothing wrong with you (and you heart) but it will calm you down to know everything is fine!.

You have to find out what is puzzling you, what is it that is disturbing your "inner peace"!. I don't know your age but I would say you are around 16-17!. Don't let the anxiety control you, it is in YOUR mind, you can control it!. You have made the first step of realising it, now take steps to control it!. Go to counseling if necessary, go to your doctor and talk about it, nobody has to know !.!.!. Your just normal and human, a lot of people experience this !.!.!. You're fine!. Get distraction, i!.e!. sports, games, girlfriend etc !.!.!. Find your "meaning" in life ! You won't die of a heart disease in the next 20 years, believe me ;-) Just to make sure, go to your doc to keep your mind at peace !

It's bad anxiety, anxiety (panic) attacks are just a sign your anxiety getting worse and may get out of control if you don't deal with it now!. If you don't deal with it, it's likely to then turn into a disorder which is harder to deal with (if it's not a disorder already)!. The stress of anxiety can cause serious health problems but you have to remind yourself that it's all in your head -- fearful thoughts -- and a thought is just a thought!. Thoughts don't have power unless you feed into it!. Try to balance your thoughts out more if possible!. Medication can help but you have to realize that it's your thoughts and fears that have created the anxiety to begin with so try gaining better control of your thoughts - you created it, you can control it!.

Ask yourself when anxiety creeps up:
1!. Is it true or false, likely or not likely, and be factual (not perception) w/ the answer;
2!. Whats the worst that could happen; if death is your answer, refer to #1
3!. Remind yourself that if you were to die over whatever it is that your thinking!.!.!.!.well it isn't likely because you probably would have died already by now, right!? Use logic and facts!.
4!. Most impt!. of all - don't listen to your family, obviously their thoughts are out of control and fear based which is obviously affecting you negatively!.

I bet if you just sat and listened to your family's general conversations you wouldn't have enough hands and fingers to count on as to how many times a statement made by one of them was fear based (having nothing to do w/ actual facts or logic)!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Classic MAJOR anxiety!. You apparently have a genetic
predisposition to it, so yes I do believe it is anxiety and nothing more!. Do get some help though, even if its medication for awhile until you can get your mind and body
back in balance!. Believe it or not, breathing is also a technique you can use!.!.!.!.when you feel anxious concentrate on slowing down your breathing and breathe long deep breaths rather than the shallow breathing that is causing many of the symtoms you're having!.
Another technique: when you experience an anxious or negative thought, replace it with a postive or calming one!.
(This gets easier with practice, but it does work)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds very much like anxiety!. The pounding heart, light-headedness, breathing issues!. I too have had these symptoms and they're managed very nicely by a low dose of a medication!.

I went through all the usual medical checks (and a couple unusual ones) when I first started experiencing these symptoms and it was finally concluded that I was indeed suffering from anxiety!. I would urge you to get evaluated by a competent psychiatrist soon!. Just because you possibly have anxiety now doesn't mean it will be a life-long issue and you may only need short-term therapy!.
