Are you serious!? The bible, all religious connotations aside, is nothing but a work of literature!. It's a book of stories and well-written one at that, which has been analyzed, translated and interpreted several times over!. It's also a good source of historical insight that helps archeologists and historians better understand the cultures around the times the different versions were written!. If reading a well-written work of historical literature kills brain cells then we all might as well drop out of school, quit our jobs and party for the rest of our lives because there's no hope for our poor brains anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, anything that challenges you to think in new ways causes new neuronal connections and your brain to 'grow!.' It seems to me that any book so filled with irrationality, absurdity, and such archane thinking has got to cause a major stretch of imagination leading to growth!. I wouldn't say these observations are the intellectual result of reading and / or studying the bible gorgeous!.!.!.!. but I might say they could be the misunderstood assertions of these peoples' denominational interpretation of scripture!.!.!.!. and that's a whole different ball game in my opinion!.
