Question: Pls anyone!?!!? can you tell me is this is ANXIETY!?!!?
okay!.!. whenever im w/ sumone i always think to myself what am i gonna say to this person blablabla!.!. for example, i hve a schedule w/ my dentist and before our appntmnt ends i always think how should i say goodbye!? should i tell sumthing b4 i leave so i wont look rude!? or should i just say thankyou doc and go! i know this is stupid but it just affects me a lot cause i dunno why im feeling like this!. i am bothered cuz it also happen to my friends and family!. i always think what i hve to say, and it shows how uncomfortable i am! i dunno the heck what this is!.!. is this anxiety!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you really need to talk to a psychologist or psychiatrist to be sure!. There are medications that can help!. You are not alone!. Don't be embarrassed or worry about talking to someone about this problem!.
It could be something else!. Please get help!. It can only get better if you get help!. The longer you go without help, the harder it will be to get rid of!.

i dont think you have anxiety i got through the same this as you sometimes i am cant even pay attention to what the person says i just nod along with them!.

next time ur stuck when then finish a sentence just say , well it was nice seeing you or thanks for that!.!.!.

well don't sit there thinking of how your going to say good bye just go with the flow sit back and relax when it comes time to leave say thanks doc!. have a nice day now (: and say something like I'll see you next month for our check up be humorous if you feel nervous for instance well i'll see you next month bet you cant wait doc huh!?!? haha


now with a friend etc!. pick a subject that usually deals with todays society for instance O yea did you here about that football game randy moss scored 5 touchdowns and had 10 receptions !.!.something along those lines that's up to date if your trying to make a convo (or) just let the opposite person break the ice and relax look at him/her as a person don't just visualize them on what there position is doctor,dentist,friend etc!.

I have the same problem!. It has helped just knowing that most of those people don't think twice about what you say!. You think about it for days and it never enters their mind again!. What will help greatly is taking a class on speaking, the speaking bureau is a good place!. It makes you so much more confident!. The first couple of times I thought I was dieing!. My heart about jumped out of my chest, dry mouth, shaking and I swore I would never do it again!. Now it is ok!. You really should try it!.
