Question: I Have A Problem And I Need Help!!!?
Please help me i just got mad at my mom a minute ago and ran up to my room i allready have a scar from scratching myself out of anger and i really wanted to slap my self hard and scratch myself! how do i stop being angry and wanting to hurt myself!?

It is heartbreaking to hear such things, although not at all new!. Hurting yourself will only make things worse!. First, think, why are you scratching yourself!? Are you feeling guilty or very angry at your mother!? A good way to relax is to do some yoga or chakra or anything to ease the mind!. Simple things such as a walk, a bubble bath, or even just taking a nap to calm yourself down often helps!. If you have a trusted friend, it could be a good idea to call them up and talk it out!. Other small suggestions include squeezing a stress ball, going for a run, or eating some comfort food!.

After you cool down you need to talk to your mom about how you feel! It sounds like self mutilation!. A lot of people have this problem and it can be treated!.!.!.you are not alone!! I know you have heard of people cutting them self when they are hurt or mad, this is kinda the same thing! I used to bite my self and pull my nails off (i know it is gross) but i have learned other ways to deal with my feelings!! You are going to be fine but please get some help! And if you feel like you can not talk to your mom!.!.!. talk to some one you feel comfortable talking to!! I will keep you in my prayers =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

#1!. NEVER cut yourself with a razor or a knife!.
Its addicting!. You may think, once wont set me!. but yes it will!. thats how i got into major cutting!. and it got me in even worse trouble!.
#2!. what i do when i wanna cut myself, i put on headphones and BLAST music!.

#3!. Try writing what you feel, if you feel that is gay, try to talk it off, say what you feel out loud, no matter who can hear!. Even if you think thats gay, it works!.

Just take in a deep breath, then let it out and calm down!. Think about it, "I'm not going to help anything or anyone getting mad" or just hit a pillow, bite a pillow, or just stuff your face in a pillow and scream!. Just calm down without hurting yourself or someone else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well first you have to decide why you hurt yourself!.!.is it because you were mad at your mom or yourself for getting mad at your mom then you have to find a way to compromise with her your yourself so you dont get madWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't do it!. go onto Youtube and watch funny videos, that should help calm you down and put you into a good mood!. and apologize to your mom, even if might have been her fault!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
