Answers:
Hey!. Yes, it seems you are having flashblacks!. Flashbacks can be short like things popping into your head and making you phsycially ill to long experiences where you actually think you are in the situation all over again!.

A couple of things that can help you:
1) Figure out your "triggers" What are those things that cause you to have flashbacks or intrusive memories!? By figuring out what the triggers are, you can start to gain control over your reactions!. Triggers are different for each person!.

2) Learn some grounding techniques!. Talk to yourself, remind you that it is not happening now, that you are safe!. Talk about your surroundings!. Say things like "I know it is not happening now, I see my room with pink walls and I feel my soft carpet under my feet!." Bring yourself into the moment now!.

3) Find a therapist who works with trauma and PTSD!. Not all therapists do, so ask your therapist to make sure!.

Take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's exactly what it sounds like!. Are you still in counseling for the things that happened to you!? If not you should see into that before things get even worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I "have the need" to comment on your questions on PTSD!. I understood "we can never walk in ones shoes" so I'm not know!. Your question provoked me to respond!.

Child sexual abuse includes a wide range of sexual behaviors that take place between a child and an older person!. These sexual behaviors are intended to erotically arouse the older person, generally without consideration for the reactions or choices of the child and without consideration for the effects of the behavior upon the child!.
--------------------------------------!.!.!.
Behaviors that are sexually abusive often involve bodily contact, such as in the case of sexual kissing, touching, fondling of genitals, and oral, anal, or vaginal intercourse!. However, behaviors may be sexually abusive even if they don't involve contact, such as in the case of genital exposure ("flashing"), verbal pressure for sex, and sexual exploitation for purposes of prostitution or pornography!.
--------------------------------------!.!.!.

What are some symptoms sexually abused children exhibit!?

Some children may show symptoms of PTSD, including agitated behavior, frightening dreams, and repetitive play in which aspects of the abuse are expressed!.
Because of their sexual abuse, children may show sexual behavior or seductiveness that is inappropriate for their age!.

As a result of abuse, children, especially boys, tend to "act out" with behavior problems, such as cruelty to others and running away!.
Other children "act in" by becoming depressed or by withdrawing from friends or family!.
Sometimes children may try to injure themselves or attempt suicide!.

--------------------------------------!.!.!.
If child sexual abuse is not effectively treated, long-term symptoms may persist into adulthood!. These may include:

PTSD and/or anxiety

Depression and thoughts of suicide

Sexual anxiety and disorders

Poor body image and low self-esteem

The use of unhealthy behaviors, such as alcohol abuse, drug abuse, self-mutilation, or bingeing and purging, to help mask painful emotions related to the abuse
If you were abused as a child and suffer from any of these symptoms, it may help you to get help from a mental-health professional who has expertise in working with people who have been sexually abused!.
