after I had my T!.A!.B!. he NEVER called me to ask how I was feeling & he dumped me w/o telling me!. I have a mental illness not to mention i could have died b/c it was my 2nd abortion!. Could I sue him for emotional damages!. Any 1 who says i am going to "hell" for having an abortion can go to hell themselves!. I AM PRO CHOICE & PRUOD! Can I do anything or just cut off his "wang"!? No, you can't sue him!. If it was consensual sex, and you got pregnant, that's not entirely his fault!. He didn't force you to have the abortion either!. I'm not saying you shouldn't have - I'm pro-choice too!. But you made the decision, knowing the risks!. Not him!.

It seems like you have gone through a lot and that you still are going through a lot!. I don't think that you can sue him for emotional damages but I think that with a good therapist or psychologist, that they can help you move on and live a better life!. Best of luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd simply say you're better off without him!. Why drag yourself through court with him and spend money on it!. Take a clean break from him!. When guys treat me like **** I'd rather have a clean break from them!. If you tried to pursue things against him then you'd be seeing him all the time and dragging up more anger and hurt!. I personally disagree with you on using abortion as birth control!.!.!.!.!.giving it up for adoption could have been a good option for you!.!.!.!.there are couples who cannot have children out there, but this is just my opinion!.
Be open to counseling and the fact that you could have made a mistake!. Most importantly!.!.!.!.!.LEARN from this experience!. If this is your second time!.!.!.!.then you must be doing something wrong!.
Let's be realistic!.!.!.!.!.what are you looking to find in this world!? Who do you want to be!? Who are you trying to impress or please!? Do you have a support system like family!? Real friends!?
