Help! huge fear of rollercoasters!?!

ok, on tuesday im going to kings dominion with 2 of my friends!. one of them rides everything if someone rides with her!. the other is a wimp like me, but she wants to go on the volcano, and is forcing me to go on it to!. im insanely afraid of roller coasters, i do go on all the wooden ones tho!. i really wanna try the volcano or the anaconda but waiting in line builds up tension in me watching the ride go, then ill get to the front and see a little 10 yr!. old on it and feel bad!. when its my turn, my palms start sweating like crazy and my heart rate jumps!. i freak out then bail and wait for them to get off!.
help me!!! please:)
