How do you feel...?!

Question: How do you feel!.!.!.!?
does anyone else every feel like there is no place for them in the world and you are all alone!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes there are!. You are not alone!

Loneliness is defined as 'without companions, alone'!. However, in relationships, this is often not the case exactly!. We go through bouts of loneliness when we are firmly entrenched in a working relationship!.

My suggestions: -Find something that distracts you for the times that you are feeling lonely!. Something that you enjoy!. That takes you away from from the internal dialogue!. This is not something you should 'every' time this feeling comes up!. It's something you should do when you can not think clearly about the causes andbehaviorhange your behaviour!.

-Confide in a friend!. Someone that recognizes that you may not desire to make changes in your life!. You just want somewhere that you can share your feelings about the relationship and get support for feeling that way!. Someone who will not judge you for your feelings, but will let you know that they are normal feelings and how they deal with theirs!.

Social isolation syndrome is a severe developmental disorder characterized by major difficulties in social interaction, and restricted and unusual patterns of interest and behavior!. There are many similarities with autism without mental retardation and the issue of whether Asperger syndrome and Higher Functioning Autism are different conditions is not resolved!. To some extent, the answer to this question depends on the way clinicians and researcher make use of this diagnostic concept, since until recently there was no "official" definition of !. The lack of a consensual definition led to a great deal of confusion as researchers could not interpret other researchers' findings, clinicians felt free to use the label based on their own interpretations or misinterpretations of what Asperger syndrome "really" meant, and parents were often faced with a diagnosis that nobody appeared to understand very well, and worse still, nobody appeared to know what to do about it!.
School districts are not aware of the condition, insurance carriers could not reimburse services provided on the basis of this "unofficial" diagnosis, and there was no published information providing parents and clinicians alike with guidelines on the meaning and implications of Asperger syndrome(Social isolation syndrome) , including what should the diagnostic evaluation consist of and what forms of treatment and interventions were warranted!.

This situation has changed somewhat since Asperger syndrome was made "official" in 1994, following a large international field trial involving over a thousand children and adolescents with autism and related disorders !.The field trials revealed some evidence justifying the inclusion of Asperger syndrome as a diagnostic category different from autism, under the overarching class of Pervasive Developmental Disorders!.
More importantly, it established a consensual definition for the disorder which should serve as the frame of reference for all those using the diagnosis!. However, the problems are far from over!. Despite some new research leads, knowledge on Asperger syndrome is still very limited!. For example, we don't really know how common it is, or the male/female ratio, or to what extent there may be genetic links increasing the likelihood of finding similar conditions in family members!.

Clearly, the work on Asperger syndrome, in regard to scientific research as well as in regard to service provision, is only beginning!. Parents are urged to use a great deal of caution and to adopt a critical approach toward information given to them!. Ultimately, the diagnostic label - any label, does not summarize a person, and there is a need to consider the individual's strengths and weaknesses, and to provide individualized intervention that will meet those (adequately assessed and monitored) needs!. That notwithstanding, we are left with the question of what is the nature of this puzzling social learning disability, how many people does it affect, and what can we do to help those affected by it!.

What I want then is not medicine or herbs or theraputics!. I want someone to see me and accept me and not pull away!. I want this even though I understand that primary soothing comes from within and from some grace or blessing I can't see!.

Fear tests the love of everyone around us because of the way we act when it has hold!. It is at the heart of all inappropriate action, for most people will do anything they can to escape fear!. -Focus on something positive about yourself or your life!. Do something nice for someone that has made an impact on your life!. Put that negative energy into something positive and productive!.
-Once you whys figured out the when/whys/hows of when the lonely bug bites!. Think of things you can do to change your thoughts about it!. Do you always find yourself thinking the other person should make the first move!? If you wait for that to happen, do you really ever think it will!? Why do you have to wait for them to make the move!? What do you gain from waiting and what do you gain from acting!?

-Write how you feel!. Write about it!. Whether you write in an actual journalblogsoon-lineone of the many blogs online!. There are plenty of ways and places for one to express themselves!. You do not have to hold things back that you feel!. If you do choose to hold things back, focus on the changes that you wish to make rather than whose fault it is that things are as they are!.

-Find more information from a professional!. Not because there is something the matter with you in the global sense of the phrase!. But, because you will feel better having more information about why you feel the way you do, and natural triggers for it!. Talking to someone who sees this feeling every day can be a good source of changing how and when that feeling comes up!.

Yes!. I do!. It means so much that you asked this question!. I feel exactly the same way!. I feel like no one loves me, if I disappeared no one would notice, no one calls me, talks to me, wants to be around me!. I have no talents or skills, and I feel like I too have no place in the world!. It's like a speeding train is rushing by, and yet I can't jump on!. Or like, everyone got this memo about how to be "cool" and have friends, but I feel like I missed it, like they all have a secret to life I am missing!. (Doesn't it annoy when people just say, "oh everyone feels this way, so just move on"!?)Www@Answer-Health@Com

we all feel like that sometimes!. normally it's because of a lack of attention or insecurity!. or maybe you just haven't had someone to talk to in a while!. wind down and relax with a loved one or friends that you can talk to!. take some time for yourself!. go treat yourself to something nice that you deserve!. there's a place for everyone in this world!. you're thinking too much and you're too uptight!. relax, trust me!.

really, go do it!. now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All the time!. And to be honest I don't really know how to fix it!. But I'm sure there is someone out there who can help you!. Try contacting a therapist or someone you can talk to!. Even if it's just a friend or someone you know!.

Good luck!

P!.S!. Remember that no matter how alone you feel, you never are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
