Sleep trouble?!!?!


Question: Sleep trouble!?!!!?
I am having trouble getting to sleep and then when I finally get to sleep I wake up every so often, then can't get back to sleep for a while!. This has been going on for I think four days, I have no idea what is wrong with me so if someone knows what to do or can give me advice please do that would be so much help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must be stressed, or over thinking!.
Have you been sick lately, that can change your sleeping patterns!.
Or have you had to change your routine for any reason!.

Cut caffine down (no coffee after 3 pm), relax in a hot bath before bed, and exerise in the morning!.

Make sure you are not drinking anything with caffeine in it!. I was drinking diet brisk for a few weeks and was wondering why I couldn't fall too sleep, until I realized that tea has alot of caffeine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try nyquil, or tylenol pm!.
a pill will keep you in a steady sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take some pills!
or nyquil!.!. those both seem to do the trick for me!.
