Cant sleep....????!


Question: Cant sleep!.!.!.!.!?!?!?!?
ive always had trouble sleeping and i need to start sleeping better before i have band camp in a week!. any ideas!? i dont drink any caffiene after 3ish!. no medication please! any routines would be good! nothing too noisy because the folks and bro are asleep! its lik 3 30 in the morning here and i gotta get up at 9 30! should i just pull an all nighter or what!? any ideas please!?!?!?!?

Heat milk to scalding then let cool before drinking!. It has a natural sedative effect!.

To get out of this routine avoid all caffeine and whatever other stimulants you are using during day!. Give time for your body to recover out of the cycle that it's in!.

If anything is bothering you put it on a slip of paper and prioritize it!. Do what you can during your waking hours, realize it will not be possible to fix anything that is bothering you right away!. Realize that when you put that slip of paper away then so you should not think of your troubles either because you cannot do anything about it at the time!. (don't stay up worrying!.)

If you exercise well during the day it helps with getting the body to relax for a good night's sleep!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as your mind is being focused on something, going to sleep will always be a problem!. When trying to get to sleep, don't read or watch TV, as these are things that will catch your attention and keep your mind alert!.

Turn off your computer and lie down and wait!. If stress is your problem, or you just still can't get to sleep in general, try some simple meditation!. Anyone can do it!. All that's required is to get in a comfortable position (lying down is good since you need sleep xD) and try and clear your mind of everything!. It helps to have everythign quiet!. Relax, don't think about anything, just let yourself drift off!. :) I hope you get some rest!. I'm off myself~Www@Answer-Health@Com

start getting up an hour earlier every day
try to create a short routine before bed, like washing your face in warm water to help you relax
laying in a warm tub of water always helped me relax in order to fall asleep
try to read, and don't go on the computer within an hour of going to bed, it will make you become wide awakeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try exercising during the evening or some way to tire yourself, and avoid naps during the day!. If its comfort problems!.!.try taking a cool shower to relieve heat from body stress :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
