Exercise!!!!! not only will it make you feel happier (endorphins are released when you exercise making you feel happy), you will become healthy too!. Good health + happiness go hand in hand (in most instances, but don't quote me on that!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i take the kids, dog and the hubby and we all go to the park for a good run around that always cheers me up when i feel a bit downWww@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with exercise!. Also, getting something accomplished around the house helps me feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i listen to music, play with my dog, hang out with friends!. they always make me feel better then when i am alone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I listen to some music I like!.!.I go for a walk or a drive!.!.try to catch up with some old friends!.!.I do either of these when i feel down!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
