Sleepover Problem...?!


Question: Sleepover Problem!.!.!.!?
Ok, so i have a huge problem!. When i get invited to sleep overs people like to stay up late like, 3 or 4!. i cant do that, like i'm not capable of it!. i start hypervenilating after 1, its a huge problem!. i dont know what is it that makes me like that but i cant help it!. i need help, bad!. bc there is a sleepover my friend invited me to in a week!. i dont know what to do! and i want to, but i cant! is it pyshological!? help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is it really just the time that causes it, or are you generally uncomfortable at these sleep overs!? It may just be the prolonged amount of time in an uncomfortable situation!.
Otherwise, I would say you are one of the many people in this world that just needs a certain amount of sleep, and staying up for that long throws you off and you are affected!. I would say try going to bed a few hours later than normal the night before, and sleeping in those few extra hours, and that might solve the problem by adjusting your sleep schedule a little bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok well, try maybe drinking some soda or something at night to help you!. Also if you really really wanna stay up start training yourself now! Go to sleep about 20 later every night and by the time of the sleepover you should be able to stay up a decent hour!. It's really no big deal though if you fall asleep early!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if you start hypervenilating at 1am than just tell your friends that you're really tired and go to sleep and wake up like an hour later !?!?
Or you could just take a nap before you go to the sleepover !.
If you can, go to the doctor and tell them about your problem!.
They may be able to get rid of your problem! :)

Sounds like it is an anxiety attack!. I was always the first one asleep also!. that is nothing to be ashamed of!. If they are giving you a hard time because of it I would opt not to go!. Are you able to stay up late at home without having a panic attack!? Maybe ask yourself what is it that you are really afraid of!? That would be my question!. Even as a parent I hate being at home at night alone!. I have gotten used to it but it wasn't easy, especially when I lived on my own with my son (when he was young)!. Now he is a 3rd degree black belt and i dont stress!. ha ha!. I worry for whoever tries to come in the house more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you obviously can't fix it in a week so either don't go and miss out on the fun or go and do all the fun stuff before 1am so that you can fall asleep when your body needs it!. Later on talk to your doctor about it, maybe he'll know what's up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try energy drinks or sleep good the night before and make sure your well rested!. or maybe your just not ready for sleepovers, you know!. you might just be nervous or scared or something!. no offence but thats what happened to my sister!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's normal to get sleepy at that time!. Just simply tell your friends that you're really tired and you need some sleep!. If they tease you, screw them!. They're not real friends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
