Question: Need help getting back zoned in!!(Or good ways of sleeping better)!?
Iv been zoned out for probley a week cuz im not getting enough sleep (donno why my body hates me and wont left me sleep >:(
Butt!.!. Tomorrow i have a appountment with my counsller and i hate seeling her when im zoned out cuz i can never give her a good answer !.!. And woundering if theres anyway i could get zoned in !.!. Any ways to help you sleep longer!?!?

I've had chronic insomnia all my life, and recently I finally found something that helps a lot!.

It's called Melatonin!. It's a natural supplement!. It's just your body's sleep chemicals in a pill!. It's non-addictive, doesn't make you groggy, and has no real side effects!.

I take one 3mg tab an hour before I go to bed, and it works very nicely!. You can buy it at any drug store, or maybe even your supermarket!. It will be in the same isle as vitamins!.
