Ambien with Xanax for sleep?!

Question: Ambien with Xanax for sleep!?

I am currently taking Ambien to help with sleep, I also take xanax for anxiety!. Can I mix these 2 safely with the recommended doses!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes! you can mix these safely by taking only the recommended doses!. my wife has problems sleeping;, and has to take xanax and ambien!. it cannot hurt you when taken right!. hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure, but don't take both at the same time!. Like, don't pop an Ambien and a Xanax in one handful!. I was on both a bit ago when I was having anxiety probs and my doctor told me to not take Xanax after 5 or 6 pm if I intended to take Ambien that night!. Seemed like a good rule!.
