If you feely "ugly" about it after you do it I would suggest seeking help from your Dr!. or clergy!. If you have a mental illness such as bipolar those impulsive decissions to look at porn can take a toll on you and your family!.
Personally I find porn to be wrong!. It leads to nothing good or benifical!. After awhile it will quit doing anything for you and you will wind up seeking inappropriate relationships!. Porn is like Pot!. If you smoke pot long enough you will need more and more for a high, then you may go on to cocaine for the same effect, after a while you may find that inaafective and move up to meth and so on!.

I have had the same problem in the past and am Bipolar!. Seroquel and Camptrel helped be break the habit!.!.!.but that may not work for you!.
