Answers:
I sometimes feel like that also when I have to hurry up and get ready to be at work or somewhere in the morning!.

Here's what I suggest:

When you wake up, don't immediately get out of bed!.
Just lay there for a minute or two and relax!.
Give yourself a moment to awake gradually and ease into the morning calmly!. Think about how nice and comfortable your bed is and how you're going to ease into your morning!.
Then, sit up and take another minute to stretch!. Stretch your arms, back, chest, legs, etc!.
This gets the blood flowing to your muscles a little!.

At this point, you should be fully awake and not so stressed!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would set your alarm a little earlier than you wake up!. I would then stretch!. Start with your legs and then work up to your arms!. Lay down on the floor and breathe very slowly, closing your eyes!. Play music that is calming; something you enjoy, something that mellows you out while stretching!.

I would allow natural sunlight to come in instead of conventional lighting, as it is more soothing and warming!.

These exercises should really help calm you down and prepare you for your day!. It takes practice though, and commitment!.

I would also take a simple multivitamin in the morning!. (like one a day men's or something)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh boy that's like me also!. What I try to do is do some little activity you like, so that it keeps the anxiety away!. Like example I try working on my poetry or just do something I like!. Check out joke websites or something!.

But sometimes in the morning my anxiety gets so bad I have to take a larazepam to calm me down!. Good luck I hope you get better!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try little exercising and drink some tea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
