Nervous..?!


Question: Nervous!.!.!?
I get nervous before everything!.
When I type that I mean EVERYTHING!
I get nervous before I go almost any of my friends houses!. I get nervous before games, practices, I get VERY nervous in class!. I studder when i read out loud!. I shiver and shake!. Sometimes it makes me sweat a little more just because I'm nervous!.
I am always super self concious of my looks, mainly weight!. I get nervous and it makes me stressed out a lot!. I also get hives from my stress!. I'm usually quiet until i feel I know the person enough to let them get to know me!. I have things to say and have thoughts, I just dont express them to people directly unless I'm SUPER comfortable with them and its 1 on 1!. Recently i talked to a lady that basically told me to be the oppasite of me when I try out for the volleyball team!. She was saying to be all outgoing to the coaches and stuff!.!. I'm not sure how I'm going to do it!. And i know, stressing about it is not going to help!. It'll only make things worse!.

Try not to stress about it!.!. Chamomile tea might help with that! Don't jump cold turkey into the direct opposite that'll only backfire and make things worse!. Try taking a self assertion course if necessary! After taking such a course doesn't help you perhaps it's your so called friends are what make you nervous!.!. get some different friends! Either way get more sure of yourself creative visiualization might help you here! Look in your library or bookstore for such a book if you think you'll need it! Also don't let wrong opinions and wrong remarks about you stress you out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a bit like that (not muchly muchly though!.!.!.) Just try not to think so much about whatever you're doing! And before you know it you'll be at your friend's house (fooooooor example!) and you'll be super unsweaty and relaxed!!.!.!. Or you could do!.!.yoga or something!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
