Why do some people feel the need to blurt out whatever they feel like saying?!

Question: Why do some people feel the need to blurt out whatever they feel like saying!?
Is it some sort of personality disorder!? A chemical imbalance of some kind!?

I'm talking about people who walk right up to others and say things like "you're fat" or "you're ugly" or "your breath smells"!. I'm not describing a child who doesn't know better !. !. !. I'm referring to a "grown" adult!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its not a disorder, its that they're rude and have no manners!.

They don't take the time to think about what they're about to say, or the consequences/effects it may bring upon themselvse or the person its being said to!.

These are the kinds of people who haven't matured into a proper adult!. Unfortunately theirs not much that you can do for them, or from the state of this question that you would want to do with it!.

Just think- you're the better person because you don't resort to this kind of abusive behaviour like they do!. They must have so many problems in life, even if it may not seem like it!. And you, well you're probably living a pretty good life in comparaision to them!.

I wouldn't worry about it!. Just shrug it off, some people are ignorant and rude, and they don't deserve the time of day from people like you, who know the definition of respect!.

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This could be a sign of a mental health disorder!. However, it is far more likely this behavior is simply a result of the individual's natural personality type!.

Certain temperaments lack the social filter most people have!. They simply can't help themselves!. They're incapable of realizing sometimes blunt honesty is not the best policy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, i have been dared to do some things like that to random people!. its not uncommon for me and my friends to dare each other to do random, stupid things!. but if you mean someone who does this all the time, then they may have some type of disorder or something that makes them blurt out true statements about a certain person!. but if what they are saying is true, it may be that they do not have a good sense of right and wrong!. they are just trying to le tthe person know how they feel about them!. hopefully this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most people have a filter in what enters their brain to what leaves their mouth!. Other's lack this!. So you have people with huge filters who are quiet, then people like you said who basically have a defect and feel they are right to say whatever is on their mind and they are just being honest!. Often seen as people no one likes if you need to point them out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Compromised impulse control (e!.g!., "blurting out" whatever comes to mind) is a symptom of a number of mental health conditions, including:

Intermittent Explosive Disorder
Borderline Personality Disorder
Attention Deficit Disorder
Asperger's Syndrome

(among others)

I think that sometimes it's just a matter of people talking down to someone just to make themselves feel better!. Personality disorder!? Yeah, I'd call it that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Poor impulse control!? Or just plain old stupidity!Www@Answer-Health@Com
