Question: How do you know if you have Adult ADD or ADHD!? And what can be done!?

I often feel like my life is out of control, but I feel like I'm always struggling to get it IN control!. I have two kids and a new marriage!. I'm always running late in the mornings, always feel disorganized, and become VERY overwhelmed when, for example, I need to pack up the house so I can move in with my husband!. It's like something heavy is pulling me down inside, and I can't do any of it!. I was reading an article on adult adhd/add, and wonder if I have this!. I do suffer from anxiety and depression and take Zoloft for it!. The article I was reading says that women with adult add are often diagnosed as depressed!. Could this be me!? Please help!

Any real life experiences or suggestions would help out tremendously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
