Question: Is my sister in trouble!?
I think my sister might have an eating disorder!. She cuts her food into small portions, hardly eats, she likes to eat in her room, complains that she's fat when she's actually in the normal range, and it seems to me that she counts calories and fat!.
Am I over reacting or is there actually a problem!? And if there is a problem, what should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

She could be developing an eating disorder!. If you are close you could approach her about it!. This has to be done very delicately, as she could get defensive and clam up completely!. Try calling an eating disorder clinic, and they can tell you what signs to look for!.
If she shows reals signs it is vital that you tell your parents as this is a very serious condition!. People have died from untreated anorexia/bulimia!. Good luck!.

It sounds like she does have a problem!. If I were you I'd confront her about it and tell her how scared you are!. Its good that youve noticed theres something wrong!. Or maybe you can tell your parents and they can bring her in to see a psychologist or something!. Even though your sister might be mad at you, your doing this for her own good, so dont be scared to speak up!. Good luck sweetie!Www@Answer-Health@Com
be with her when she eats make sure she isnt making herself sick after meals and tell her to eat small meals but more than 3 a day ( my mum had eating disorders iv been through it)Www@Answer-Health@Com
