Question: Zoloft 50 mg!?
I am supposed to go on zoloft 50 mg!. for depression!. What I need is to feel like life is worth living again, and to get some motivation!.

50 mg or Zoloft is a low starting dose for this medication!.
Remember, medication is only 1/3 of what it takes to get your life back!. The other 2/3 are Therapy/Counseling and Taking good care of your body-mind-soul-lower your stress-get exercise OUTSIDE in the fresh air-eat every day-sleep!.
+ one other thing, be involved with other people, working, volunteering, or meeting with a friend!.
Weight gain can occur just as there can be diminished interest in sex!. But, as most people are only on anti-depressants for less than a year or 2, whatever else changes in your life may be worth it to "get your life back"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was on Zoloft almost 6yrs ago, the medication can cause weight gain & I did gain some weight due to it - but not an awful lot!. The medication does help with depression!. The only downside of the drug itself is I need to be weaned off of it because it became highly addictive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get on it !.!.!.!.!.you will be better in a month or so trust me i have been on it for 3 years now!. But if you dont feel it working right away dont get let down it takes sumwhere round 4-8 weeks depends on you!. I did gain a little weight when i first started it but only a few pounds!.!.nothing big!.!.and a few pounds is worth it!. Dont let yourself feel like that anymore!.!.!.take it your missing out on life good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
No and its brilliant!. I'm on 50mgs and it makes you feel great!. When you first start to take it you may get some mild side effects like nausea and dizziness but keep with it because it does go away and soon you will feel good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
